Lost or Stolen Cards
The cardholder is responsible for immediately reporting a lost or stolen card. Reports must be made either in person or by phone by calling (402) 554-2220. You can also log onto MavCard Online and report your card lost. This will put a hold on it.
Please do not punch holes in your card as this will ruin it and they will no longer work. The University is not responsible for the use of a lost or stolen card. Once the card is reported lost or stolen, we will deactivate your card on campus.
Once a card has been replaced due to loss or theft, it cannot be reactivated should it be found
at a later date. The replacement fee for lost or stolen cards is $10.00. If the card is damaged
due to normal wear and tear, and the card is brought into our office for a replacement,
a new ID will be issued at no cost.
