Lost or Stolen Cards

The cardholder is responsible for immediately reporting a lost or stolen card. Reports must be
made either in person or by phone by calling (402) 554-2100. The University is not responsible
for the use of a lost or stolen card. Once the card is reported lost or stolen, we will deactivate
your card on campus.

Once a card has been replaced due to loss or theft, it cannot be reactivated should it be found
at a later date. The replacement fee for lost or stolen cards is $10.00. If the card is damaged
due to normal wear and tear, and the card is brought into our office for a replacement,
a new ID will be issued at no cost.
