sponsoring our MavMoney winner! Welcome to MavCard Services! It is strongly suggested that students,s faculty and staff obtain a MavCard. The MavCard is the official identification card at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Your MavCard is used to access many services on campus including entrance into the HPER building and checking books out at the Library. The card can be used as a debit card for making purchases across campus! Students who are enrolled at the University may receive their ID card by coming to the MavCard Services Office and presenting photo identification. Students attending new student orientation will receive their ID card the day of their orientation after presenting photo identification. Students who do not attend orientation can come to the MavCard Services Office to obtain their card after presenting photo identification. Students pay a fee of $6.25 per semester for their card. Faculty and staff may receive their ID card after their Human Resources paperwork is on file with Human Resources. Faculty and staff may receive their card by presenting photo identification at the MavCard Services Office. The first card is issued free of charge.

I want toGet my card
You can get your MavCard by going to the MBSC Business Office located on the second floor of the Milo Bail Student Center. You will need some sort of photo identification: driver’s license, government issued ID, military ID or passport. You must also know your NUID number.

You can now make deposits online! Students, faculty and staff can now make deposits, view transactions and manage account settings online. Cards must first be registered at MavCard Online. The registration process is quick and simple. Once registered, you may grant additional access to family and friends. Whoever has been granted accesss can now view your account and make deposits. Try it today!
Funds can be also be added to your account in person at the MavCard Services Office during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays; business hours are subject to change without notice). Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Cash only can be added to your account at a Card Value Center on campus. There are 5 Card Value Centers on campus: Milo Bail Student Center - 1st Floor South Entrance Arts & Sciences Hall - 1st Floor vending area Peter Kiewit Institute - 1st Floor (north vending area) University Library - Main Floor and Ground Floor |
